Does the job well, looks great, seems well made and high quality. There are a lot of waaay more expensive cantilever umbrellas out there. This is a much more reasonable choice. You won’t regret.

I was able to put this together myself. I’m a middle aged woman. It’s beautiful. well made and easy to operate. Assembling the top portion would be easier with the assembly laying on its side on the ground with the base empty and inserting the umbrella portion to the base. Insert pin and then rotate to it's standing position and fill base.My only tip, is to make sure that you have dry sand. Mine was damp, and I had a hard time filling the base.
Large enough to cover the hot tub area and sturdily built. The price was good and item arrived in a timely manner. Had to do some modifications to the pole itself for it to fit in the holder of the old one, all in all very pleased with this purchase.

We enjoy this umbrella and the 10’ span covers our seating area on the deck. It was easy to assemble and with the recommended weights, it is secure. We, and our pets, will enjoy this outdoor space so much more now that we have adequate shade.
Last summer I didn't have a proper umbrella base and sort of weighed everything down with sand bags. But you would still stub your toe on occasion on the sharp corners of the umbrella crossbar base if you weren't cautious. Also, any exposed metal crossbars ended up warping slightly in the hot summer sun. This base eliminates both of those problems. It covers the base entirely and with a smooth surface. It is black in color so attracts heat (would have preferred white). But it's fairly inc…onspicuous and blends into most patio settings. I really love how durable and strong it seems. I have a very large double pronged patio umbrella and this base keeps it straight and has never knocked over.
This is a great umbrella!I love the cantilever style of umbrella because it makes it so much more versatile than a vertical shaft umbrella. I’m using it to create a shade spot on the side of a pool.It looks great! My wife loves the color of the umbrella.It works well mechanically and I installed it in a weighted base, so it is very sturdy!I would order this again without hesitation.
