Safety Guidelines
1. Pre-installation Checks:
- Verify all parts against the "Parts List" upon unboxing. Contact ABCCANOPY customer service immediately for missing or damaged components.
- Ensure the installation site is level, stable, and away from fire hazards or flammable materials.
2. Installation Precautions:
- Requires two-person cooperation. Do not assemble during extreme weather (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds) or under the influence of alcohol.
- Tighten all screws and bolts completely as instructed. Conduct a full structural stability check post-installation.
3. Usage Safety:
- Inspect screw tightness and frame stability every 90 days.
- Clear snow from the canopy promptly during heavy snowfall to prevent overloading.
Installation Steps
1. Basic Frame Assembly (Parts: A3 Series, P10 Series)
- Connect A3-1 to A3-5 frames as illustrated and secure with P10 bolts.
- Align the four base corners (X4) with the ground and tighten screws loosely (do not fully lock).

2. Canopy Installation (Parts: WW Series, PD Series)
- Spread the canopy fabric evenly over the frame and secure edges with WW fasteners.
- Adjust fabric tension to avoid wrinkles, then reinforce corners with PD bolts.

3. Final Fixation
- Fully tighten all screws. Check frame verticality and canopy flatness.
- Use ground stakes (X32) to secure the base for enhanced wind resistance.

Usage & Maintenance
1. Daily Cleaning:
- Rinse the canopy with a hose. Wipe the frame with a damp cloth; avoid abrasive tools.
- Apply anti-rust coating to metal parts every three months to prolong durability.
2. Regular Inspections:
- Check for loose screws, rust, or structural damage. Repair or replace parts promptly.
- Disassemble and store the canopy in a dry, ventilated area during long-term non-use.
3. Extreme Weather Precautions:
- Clear snow immediately after heavy snowfall. Reinforce stakes or use windproof ropes before storms.
